Serves meat, vegan options available. Seasonal summer operation - check ahead. Spanish tapas cafe. For each course one vegan option and is available and noted on the menu: tapa, salad, main.
The restaurant with outdoor seating is located at a great spot ar Vara de Rey, which I like to call the Ramblas of Eivissa (albeit smaller). It has vegan options, which may or may not be labeled. They serve dishes tapas-style. I had roasted vegetables, and patatas bravas. The patatas were not vegan, and the potatoes which were on top weren't high quality. The vegetables were great and nutritious though. Everything was expensive though, due to the location and seating.
We stumbled upon this place after our first choice of eatery was closed, but it proved to be quite the find! The weather was still warm so we sat outside, amongst a few other busy tables. Service was very friendly and prompt (with English spoken), can’t find any faults there. The cocktails were delicious, and the tapas were lovely - we especially loved the leek and aubergine croquettes.. enough to come back the next night for some more! We also enjoyed the tomato bread, alioli, patatas bravas and padron peppers. As vegetarians, it was lovely to have a fair amount of tapas to enjoy. Would definitely recommend!

Great location - Edit
Great location on the square. The plate of grilled veg that I got was enough for a medium meal for one person.
