Guacamole to die for, good vegetables fajita - Edit
In Cortez there are not many places where one can get vegan food, so this is an option. The guacamole was excellent, and the vegetables fajita provided a good/wholesome relief from the junk food or cereal bars that are last resort food options in that region. Staff was very friendly and there is a nice outdoor area.
