Delicious daily homemade food - Edit
I loved this place. All of the food is made to order, basically, every day by a Japanese woman. She is so sweet and really takes care of every detail.
Read moreYou need to make a reservation ideally 2 days before coming, even just for takeout as this place is really famous and they really care about food waste.
That being said, this place is not 100% vegan. Even though almost everything is, some times there are desserts that contain milk or egg although there is always a vegan alternative (this was what the woman told us).

This is a cozy cafeteria with the warmest, most comforting, traditional Japanese home cooking. Everything is made fresh every day and the flavors are what you'd expect from a higher end japanese restaurant.

It has the best value of any vegan restaurant in Barcelona, the menu at 14€ is a steal.

My favourite place EVER. - Edit
Went there today to grab a takeout lunch, and I was absolutely blown away by how good it was!! Every ingredient was fresh and had its own taste, and all of them together made a perfectly balanced and delicious bento. You can tell this is authentic, homemade Japanese food, made with lots of love. It's not evident from the picture but the portion was pretty abundant too, and the owner is just the kindest human being ever. I can't wait to be back, and hope to be able to try the oden:))

¡Qué maravilla de lugar! Comida casera japonesa a un precio muy razonable. El local es superpequeño, pero muy acogedor. He sentido que viajaba a Japón con sus sabores. Y todo vegano. Menú muy completo por 14 euros.

Tiny place (3 tables) with very affordable daily menu. The food is incredibly tasty, authentic and made with care. Book in advance, even if it's to take away, as food is so delicious it runs out very quickly!

Cafetería pequeña y acogedora, muy aconsejable reservar.
