Nice little bakery - Edit
Reviews for this place are understandable as the whole “plant based” description is a little confusing however the staff are super friendly and kind and will help with any questions!
Read moreThe only stated fully vegan option is the banana bread and it was delicious! Would still recommend having a look and if your a bit more of a relaxed vegan, you can obviously try more😄
Pros: Kind staff, Good banana bread

Read moreand for everyone who complains here:
A plant-based diet focuses on whole and minimally processed foods, derived from plants. However, people, following the diet may include small amounts of animal products like dairy or eggs. In contrast, vegans exclude all animal products from their lives, not just in their diet but also when it comes to what they wear.
So if you complain the only problem is that you can’t read🥰
Because everything is clearly labeled….

Be careful here - it's not even vegetarian anymore - Edit
Seeing the signs that the products are "certified plant based" or "vegan" I thought everything is vegan.
Read moreBut after I asked for the ingredients they commit that in some of the products are eggs or is milk. When I confront them with the signs they told me that the base products is plant based.
I thought - What? I mean then you can call all of the bakeries "plant based". What is the sign good for then? And what if people are allergic to diary products and don't ask?
And what makes the situation even worse is that I saw recently stuff with chicken!
I suggest to remove it from the listing here.
By the way - I don't wanted to give the bakery 2 stars, it's given automatically by the Happycow-System: "One star is automatically granted in support of fully vegan or vegetarian listings."
- But this bakery is not fully vegetarian!

Cons: Misleading signs, Not completely vegetarian or vegan, Potentially dangerous for diary allergic people

Went there twice during my stay in Gili T and enjoyed some of their cakes with an iced latte looking out the sea.

Confusing - Edit
This place is confusing to me. It has two markings, "100% vegan" - which marks vegan dishes. And the "certified plant based" that says may contain milk or egg, definitely contains one of them. Like the croissants says certified plantbased but they are glazed with egg.

Yes they have vegan treats! - Edit
I had a snicker bar and chocolate bred from here and both were yummy. Everything is clearly labeled with what is vegan and what isn’t. They also have some energy balls and some other baked goods that are vegan. Worth a stop!

Lots of vegan pastries - Edit
The bakery offers a big variety of vegan pastries. I had the Snickers bar and the apple tarte and both was good but not more. The apple tarte was a bit lacking of flavor and the Snickers bar tasted decent but didn't remind me of Snickers at all. Prices were affordable.

Several vegan options - Edit
Everything is labelled as either plant based/vegan or vegetarian - so beware, the labels look a lot alike. But they have vegan brownies, donuts, protein bars, apple pie and a snickers bar 😍

Hey! The donuts are not vegan, I asked today as I was going to purchase some. Everything labelled ‘plant based’ either has dairy or eggs in them and the ‘vegan’ items are actually vegan. Apparently they don’t understand that ‘plant-based’ normally means vegan
