No frills set up that delivers a really good sandwich! The name says it all as I was impressed with the quality of the baguette! Next trip back I’ll get the mushroom option for the Ban Mi! Keep up the good work—cheers!

Beat banh mi ever - Edit
My husband said it was the best banh mi he’d ever had. Baguette was fresh out of the oven. Vermicelli bowl was also fabulous with lots of veggies and came with mushroom sauce and optional hot sauce. Vegan toppings include tofu, portobello mushrooms, eggplant and avocado.

Fantastic vegan bahn mi - Edit
Had the tofu, but they also do a mushroom or zucinni veg friendly bahn mi. Can easily be made vegan by asking for no mayo. Great for a little pit stop off the 10 while traveling
