Not only the best vegan ramen - Edit
We returned to Akihabara several times to eat at Kyushu Jangara. My non-vegan friend also thought it was the best ramen he had in Tokyo. The vegan option is clearly labeled, I didn't have and problems. Staff was very friendly.

Delicious vegan Ramen! - Edit
In terms of how delicious their vegan ramen was, I’d give it a 5! It’s the only vegan item on the menu but it’s clearly labeled vegan and ensured no animal products or msg is in the dish. The restaurant felt like a hole in the wall with very authentic feeling atmosphere. You wait in line to enter & give your order there to the host and as people leave and make room for the size of your party, you are seated in the order you’re in line. If you’re alone you will more than likely be seated quickly since it’s only one seat needed to become available. It’s worth walking the distance to it for some GREAT ramen if you’re in the akihabara and even ameyoko (that’s where I walked from) because there’s lots to see on the way!
Read morePros: DELICIOUS vegan ramen in area lacking vegan spots, Lots of noodles in the ramen , Cheap (around 1200¥)

Tasty and cheap but long line - Edit
The ramen was tasty, although it would have been great to have more vegetables. Also had to wait for about 20 minutes in line, even though it was 3pm.

Everything I was looking for! - Edit
I really wanted to have a cool ramen experience where I could shout ‘kaedama!’, slurp noodles and people watch. Love this place. Make sure to eat lots of picked ginger!

What a gem! - Edit
We loved this place. We actually spent hours looking around for somewhere I could eat around Tokyo Dome and there was nothing despite there being loads of restaurants there. So we decided to check Happy Cow and jumped in a 5 minute cab to get to this place. We are so glad we did. Tiny but cute and very authentic, the queue outside was actually very reassuring and went down quickly. There’s one vegan option but it’s good and you can spice it up with various sauces and little additions from the table.

Pros: Friendly staff with good English, Very authentic , Close to Akihabara
Cons: We had to queue for a bit , Only one vegan option (but it’s good!), Very small place

Go for the experience - Edit
The vegan ramen itself is ok. But the experience is worth it. Saw locals eating here. Its a tiny dining space and its amazing to see how creative they are with use of space. They take your order before you even enter the restaurant so by the time you sit down, the ramen comes out instantly. My husband had the Tonkatsu and he’s still thinking about it (3 days later). Their normal ramen is probably amazing but the vegan one was just ok in my opinion and I’ve had many vegan ramens before. Still go for the experience

Quality Vegan Ramen - Edit
This restaurant only serves one vegan ramen option, but it’s delicious. The ramen is savory and rich. Give it a try if you’re around the area! (It’s 1,000 yen).

Great place to stop by for some vegan ramen. If you're still hungry after the noodles are gone just order the kaedama and get some more noodles.

Nice soy sauce ramen - Edit
The vegan so sauce ramen they offer is good, but I preferred the yuzu broth version they have at their Ikebukuro location. The restaurant is also way smaller then their other one, so we had queue outside. Nevetheless the wait was not that long and they took our order outsde to speed things up. I would recommand if you are in the area, but I would prioritize a visit to their Ikebukuro restaurant, which is on the 8th floor of the Seibu mall (that is if your a fan of yuzu!).

Super delicious vegan ramen - Edit
The vegan ramen here is fantastic and comes with a meat alternative for added protein. The price is slightly high at 1000 yen, but it's filling enough. The only thing I'd worry about is coming during busy times, as there are only a handful of seats available. Even then, the food comes quickly, moving the line along at a bearable pace.

Authentic Japanese Ramen - Edit
The venue is tiny and very traditional Japanese, it was full when we arrived so had to queue outside for around 10 mins to get in but the vegan ramen was worth the wait. There is only 1 vegan ramen dish on the menu but it can be personalised with extra toppings.
