What if an Indian restaurant met an all-American diner? You can find out at Kwality. I was not able to have their beautiful baked goods or full dairy ice cream with novel flavors because they were not vegan, but the street food options did not disappoint.
Read moreFirst, I called to ask if their menu can be made vegan and the gentleman I spoke to was very nice and helpful. When we ordered he remembered our conversation and went above and beyond to make something delicious and dairy free. If you like Indian food and wonder what would happen if it met a burrito, this is the outcome. Amazing. The mint chutney sauce was especially delicious with my veggie wrap and the veg samosas. My husband had the chickpea potato veggie burger with fries and it was also very flavorful. Maybe after our conversation with the staff they will experiment with vegan ice cream and baked goods? One can dream.
They have a larger Indian restaurant next door which we will have to come back and try.
