Kush offers vegan options - Edit
Kush offers a Meatless Monday special for their chef featured vegetarian and vegan options. The menu offers three mains that are vegan or can be made vegan. These include the Black Bean Burger, Vegan Jambalaya, and Vegan Tacos. I got the made in house black bean burger. It was quite alright.
Read moreI am a longtime vegan and not into faux meats and beyond burgers yet glad they exist and people like them. The black bean burger was easily made vegan by omitting the jack cheese and sour cream. I got it with a mix of regular fries and sweet potato fries. Veggie Burger was quite alright.
Of note you are charged one dollar for a special filtered water yet get refills and is just one dollar for this service. Marilyn provided amazing customer service. I went back to have the Vegan Jambalaya and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Vegan Jambalaya had vegan chicken and soy chorizo both made in house. Recommended!
Pros: vegan options, Meat-free Monday menu

Meatless Monday Vegan Options - Edit
Right near Wynwood, this place has such an artistic atmosphere and is quite cozy. The Vegan Jambalaya was pretty tasty and comes with a couple slices of bread. Cajun seasoning lining the plate made for an aesthetically pleasing meal. My only issue is that the vegan options are only available on “Meatless Monday.” While I’m thankful for the vegan options, I don’t find that it is inclusive to the everyday vegan.

Amazing date night! - Edit
Got the vegan jambalaya. There’s seasoning on the plate rims, drag it in with the bread and mix it up.
Read moreAsk for their own hot sauce (not sure if it’s vegan, I am vegetarian), and add it in for an extra kick of hot vinegar to the original Cajun they have.
Vegan ice cream was great too! Had a side of sweet potato fries, they were on point.
