Decent coffee in central Liptovsky Mikulas

If I didn't know about this place through HappyCow I would've totally ran by it. They sell hot and cold beverages (and cakes sometimes?) at an open window on the side of the County Hall. Have plant based milk (soy) and the Cappuccino was delicious! Small seating area on the sidewalk as well. Just nice people with good coffee!

Pros: Plant-based milk with no extra charge I think

Cons: Opening hours bit odd (4-9pm),no morning coffee :(
