Offers a vegan starter (fresh basket which is a gluten-free galette with vegetables) and vegan poke bowl for main. Incredible views and great service - Edit
This restaurant is definitely worth a visit for the views alone. The full service restaurant turns one full rotation an hour so you can enjoy the views over Leysin, the valley, Dent du Midi, Mont Blanc (in the distance!) and Lake Geneva/Lac Leman, all whilst eating. There’s not a huge vegan choice but they do have a clearly marked vegan starter (fresh basket which is vegetables and a gluten free wafer/galette) and a poke bowl or rosti for main. You can also get tomato pasta or chips from the childrens menu & sorbet. The staff and lovely too and always bring out extra desert bits for my kids! The self service restaurant underneath is good too if you’re in a rush as they have salads/pasta for vegan/vegetarian.
