Great atmosphere, delicious burger and cake - Edit
Obsluga mila i bez problemu porozumiewa sie po angielsku. Wnetrze knajpy barzo ciekawe i przestronne, uroczy ogródek na zewnątrz. Burger i ciasto bardzo mi smakowały, danie lunchowe w misce niezbyt, ale to kwestia gustu.

Read moreWir hatten eine Bowl mit verschiedenen selbstgemachten Zutaten wie Kimchi, Tempeh und Veta. Allgemein stellen sie einige Produkte, auch für den Verkauf, selber her, so gibt es dort auch verschiedene Vürste, Tofusorten, Tempeh, Aufstriche und ähnliches zu kaufen.
Als wir kamen war es sehr leer, aber es gibt insgesamt sehr viele Plätze. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr nett und haben uns wirklich in Ruhe die Gerichte und Zutaten erklärt.

Tis along time since I visited Kucha, unfortunately I had a rather distressing few weeks after my visit and forgot all about doing a review. Still here we go. Super spacious, super healthy, super tasty, super not too expensive, super friendly and super all vegan.

I’m both speechless and cannot stop talking about how amazing this place is. Some of the best vegan food I’ve had! The place is crazy cute with such a good atmosphere, the food is to die for and sooo creative. They have their own homemade cheese, yogurts, kombucha, buckwheat mock meats (that taste amazing instead of overly processed) and above all everything is super healthy. I felt like I did something great for my taste buds and my health. Love love loved this place!!!

They are taking the whole experience to a new level. Food is nicely prepared and served, venue is a mix of hipster with a dash of nostalgia. There are usually several fermented food options available as well. Kids love the banana bread and cinnamon rolls. I miss the old days when they shouted your name though, they are now using beepers.

Their meals are orgasmic. Mix of fresh, fermented, juicy, crispy and colourful local ingredients. It's always an incredible, hedonistic experience for the tastebuds. Beautiful spacious interior and a terrace. Very worth of a short drive from the strict centre. Oh and you can buy soy yoghurt, buckwheat sausage "batina", smoked "ham", chickpea cheese etc from their deli. Impressive.

Read moreI prefer to eat local vegan food. So. It was a bingo. They have just around 10 dishes. But, don't be disappointed. Everything is freshly made, tasteful and yet so simple. They produce their own vegan products, for example sausages, yogurt, chickpeas cheese, buckwheat pastrami...
Would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone, who likes to pay attention for the future of our planet and likes to feel good after meal, cause it's not just fuel to your body but also fuel for your soul.

This is the next generation of restaurants. Not your typical ""vegan"" joint with avocados and chia seeds. They make their own components, like chickpea cheese and buckwheat sausages, they use only local and seasonal ingredients and are not preachy about it.

The first impression i had was the teams youthful, different spirit ... slightly inexperenced but kind of cute. I did not expect much bcause of that, but the food they prepared was mature beyond belief. Their Sisa bowls feature some wild flavour combos and even some wild edible flowers. Kind of reminds me of Noma, but way more casual. I had a tofu cheescake for dessert and it was ok, but the energy bar i took home was much better. Home made kombucha is not for everybody, because it's sugary like whats on the market, but has a wild fermented and complex flavour. The young team is on to something here.

I would wholeheartedly advise all who are in Ljubljana and want to have wonderful food in great ambient to make your way to KUCHA In addition to fresh locally sourced produce food there is now a delicatessen so you can take the food home. Love buckwheat Sergio and their Plant and nut based cheeses and the organic drinks including booze It’s not the cheapest but it’s well worth it . 5 stars out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing dishes, local ingredients. Mostly everything they serve (kombucha, dressings, cheese etc) is made in the house.

They also have a newly open small shop where you can buy salami, cheese and other kucha's or local producers' food.
If you are staying in Ljubljana for longer I would suggest checking their events also. Because there is always something going on 😄from concerts to yoga.

I visit the place occassionaly to enjoy really delicious vegan food, prepared with love and lots of imagination. They have opened the delicatese department recently with fermented products such as chickpea "cheese" and buckwheat salami which you can buy to take home. Truly amasing idea. I only wish the portions were bigger for the price but nevertheless a must try!
