Vegitarian/vegan Egyptian koshari shop which offers koshari and rice pudding. The pudding may contain milk. Confirm with staff when ordering. Open Mon-Sun 12:00pm-2:00pm.
This is a nice outright Koshari place. I don't think too highly of the dish but here it is delicious and most importantly cheap. It looked like they didn't charge us a foreign price (we paid 40 Egyptian pounds for a big size Koshari). The staff speak a little English. It may be better to bring your own bowl as this will save the environment a little.
Egypt’s traditional dish: simple, vegan, and heavy/filling. This place was actually recommended to me by a local as “the best in town”. I haven’t tried the other places in Dahab so I can’t compare, but I like their tomato sauce and they offer other spicy sauces on the side. The manager was really welcoming. They are clean and professional and if you sit to eat, they don’t give you a lid and the sauce doesn’t come in the bag so limits the amount of waste ♻️. It’s still fast food, so it won’t come in plates, but that’s a step forward.
The koshari wasn’t much different from others, but the service was really nice and they charge the same price to everyone- no tourist fee. That’s a major plus.

Good koshary - Edit
I don’t like the nutmeg taste of the koshary but overall, really good!
