Egyptian all-vegan street food with a twist. Koshari, one of Egypt’s national dishes, is the main offering. It is a hearty dish composed of rice, lentils, chickpeas & pasta, topped with a spicy tomato sauce and fried onions. Offers six different sauce options with different spice levels. Additional items include eggplant bowls, seasonal specials, and side dishes. Relocated from 1 Bow Market Way. Open Wed-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-8:00pm.

Excellent food - Edit
I can only comment on the food quality as thanks to COVID I have only gotten delivery, but they can do no wrong as far as the food goes! They have a decent selection of sandwiches and bowls - so far I've had the chick'n salad sandwich and the koshari bowl. The bowl is a lot of food for the price, and is chock full of beans and carbs and great sauces. The chick'n salad sandwich, though, might be the best vegan rendition I have had in my six years of being vegan. I don't know what it is about it, it's just really good and the flavor is spot on. Would highly recommend checking this place out!

Delicious food - Edit
We were served by the owner, who was lovely and personable. I got the mild-medium spiced koshari with eggplant on top. Hubby chose a non-spicy koshari with tomato sauce and mushrooms on top. We were both pleased and satisfied with our meal! We took home a tasty hummus. If I lived closer, I would be here regularly!

Great Egyptian Street Food - Edit
Wonderful little brick and motor in Bow st market with a full vegan menu of Egyptian street food. Boasts local mushrooms as well. Portions are great, as well as the add ons. I loved the fermented vegetables.

Great value and delicious - Edit
I have yet to visit the storefront, but they pop up at many events and markets around Boston. Their koshari has a great combination of flavors and textures - I recommend topping it with the eggplant. They offer a variety of sizes and it’s great value for a meal, because it’s so filling. Also, the dish is customizable so you can adjust for spiciness or ingredients you don’t want added.

Delicious, cheap, wholesome - Edit
Stumbled upon this at Bow Market while visiting another shop. All vegan and presents traditional Egyptian recipes which I have never experienced before. The Koshari is wholesome and flavorful and can be topped with a number of sauces (when they say spicy they mean spicy). Comes in many sizes at good prices. There are other delicacies like an Egyptian eggplant and mushroom Shwarma which can be presented as a stand alone, as a bowl, or as a sandwich. The people who own the shop serve up all the food and they are so sweet, passionate, Nd generous. The food is flavorful, well presented, and nourishing. I wish them the best of luck because their food is so good and filled with such love.
