Good quality restaurant, the vegan option could be better - Edit
The restaurant makes really high quality pizza, with a nice and soft dough. You can taste that the ingredients are of high quality and I'm very glad that they finally added 2 vegan options on the menu. Unfortunately the options are not so special, so even tough I'm glad they exist I hope they will put more effort in finding an interesting combination of ingredients, at the same level of the rest of the menu

Amazing vegan pizza - Edit
We ordered a take out from this super-busy restaurant and needed to wait for some time after we arrived to pick up or pizzas, but it was so worth it. We've tried both vegan options on their menu-Classic Vegan (with zucchini cream), and Vegan Margherita, and we loved both! These were one of the best pizzas we've ever had, so we really recommend this place. If you intend to go there, I do recommend that you reserve your table in advance.

Good dough, but vegan options can be improved - Edit
They have a vegan "Margherita" with mozzarella cheese, and a pizza called "Vegan" with mozzarella cheese and plenty of vegetables. The dough is good, but the vegan cheese is quite heavy, and the price of vegan options are high in my humble opinion.

Must-eat vegan pizza in Trento - Edit
Currently they have two vegan pies. I ordered their relatively new "Vegana" pizza, which is distinct from the Vegan Margherita. Also, I asked for them to make my pizza with a tomato sauce instead of whatever the green default base layer was. The crust, cheese, and array of veggies combined to make a delightful pizza.
Read moreA couple notes: I forgot to ask what the vegan mozzarella was made of, but it had this effect such that as I neared the end of the pizza it was starting to feel a bit heavy in my stomach. So while the mozz is excellent by US standards, I could imagine it getting even better in the future.
there are no vegan desserts but they said because the vegan pizza was still so new they were still brainstorming ideas for dessert.

Vegan si, con poca fantasia - Edit
Due pizze vegane ma nulla dalla cucina e nessun dolce. Vero che esiste una opzione ulteriore rispetto alla vegan Margherita ma di fatto è una variazione sul tema della solita pizza con verdure ed è ingiustificatamente cara rispetto al resto del menù. Spesso mi faccio una fare una pizza personalizzata con ingredienti vegan di altre pizze per renderla più vivace. Impasto buono, stile napoletano.
