Oh dear... - Edit
Rouen not good for vegan dining, so had hopes for this place. Bad. Fast food wrap joint, falafel are difficult to get wrong but they've managed. The stuffed vine leaves and stuffed peppers were okay, but came out of vacuum packaging and into microwave. If you are keen to support a place that mentions "vegan" then go here. The staff were lovely - so that's good!

Très bonne adresse. Les options sont toutes vegan et variées, on peut goûter différentes spécialités turques et profiter des conseils de la personne qui tient le restaurant ! Vraiment excellent, et service impeccable, chaleureux et généreux.

Great value tasty food - Edit
This is the currently the only veggie/vegan place in the whole of Rouen, and whilst Happy Cow lists it as veggie, the guy running the place said all the food is vegan. The house special is this mixture of nuts and bulgar wheat, with a choice of salad. Absolutely delicious and an absolute bargain. Highly recommended!
