A vegan Thai restaurant that serves local specialities include noodles, green curry, red curry, rice soup, vegetarian chicken, stew, gaeng som, vegetarian dried pork, 3 flavoured tofu skin, savoury mushrooms. Choices of white or brown rice. No soft drinks, but offers some Thai herbal drinks. Open Mon-Sun 6:00am-4:00pm.

Fantastic local vegan restaurant!

I really enjoyed coming here with my sister. It is easy to walked past so be sure to look out for the yellow signage outside, to the right of 7/11.

We speak almost no Thai but the sister of the owner was there who was able to tell us roughly what the dishes were and how spicy! We tried a variety of curries on rice. They were really great - lots of vegetables too!

I recommend Kob Chai 1 completely! Check it out!

Pros: All vegan, Authentic Thai food, Friendly, smiling staff

Cons: Slight hard to find if you do not know what you ar
