Breads - Edit
The breads at kneaders are great, and 90% of them are vegan. The managers will tell you that none are vegan, but if you look at the allergy / nutrition part of their website it shows the majority of the breads are in fact vegan.
Read moreI thought it was ironic that they say “we use only the bare essential ingredients to make our bread” yet they were using milk and eggs (which isn’t common in bread making).
Anyway, it’s probably because the only people to make their bread are the bakers very early in the morning, so anyone you talk to is a restaurant manager for their sandwiches and salads, but they really should know this information. I’m sure they’ve lost lots of sales from vegans, and those with lactose allergies.
(Edit) Don’t get their rye bread, they color it with Carmel Coloring
Pros: Many vegan breads, Great quality, Much cheaper than whole foods bread and fresh
Cons: Employees giving misinformation, Unsure if organic ingredients are used, Everything on menu besides bread is not vegan

They will tell you all the breads have dairy.. this has been my answer on at least two visits. No dedicated vegan friendly options. Skip this place.

Good place for a quick lunch - Edit
Good place for a quick lunch--they have a drive-through! I always get the veggie sandwich with no cheese and no Kneader's sauce, sub yellow mustard on hazelnut 12 grain bread with a no dairy berry smoothie on the side. Even though that's the only vegan option I never get sick of it.
