Mostly for snacks and coffee - Edit
If you're visiting the monastery, this is a pretty good option for a snack. They also have oat milk for coffee. For the breakfast option it's not quite clear what you get as vegan, so I recommend the nearby "Drahtseilbähnli" which has a nice breakfast (though also for 2 people and up).
