Hidden gem in spa city - Edit
There is not any vegan restaurant in Poděbrady so I just tried this vegan restaurant chain. Almost everything is vegan and staff is helpful to check it for you. Food is really tasty. Prices are good for spa city.

It is very healthy, variety of foods, they use oil, but fortunately not much. Perfect for every day vegan, wheat free, eating.

The best healthy food - Edit
We eat in Klíček as much as possible, even though we live 25 km from the nearest Klíček (there are subsidiaries in Nymburk and Kolín as well). The food represents the best from the healthy food rules, so called balanced diet, everything is cooked from basic materials, and it's always a combination of beans and grains with fermented vegetable. I guess the food is 95% vegan and the rest vegetarian. You have to visit and taste.
