Very limited as of 2023

While there may have been options a few years ago (referencing the other reviews here), there’s no vegan meal options here as of 2024.

Communication wasn’t a barrier, there just isn’t vegan meals.

When asked, they listed the olives appetizer and plain fried potatoes.

The actual spot is cool and has nice vibes, being more of an underground bar than a restaurant.

We got the margarita pizza (vgt), which was tasty, and the drinks selection was interesting (centered around highballs and whiskeys).

I think for vegans however, there are better places within a 10 minute walk.

This place is so nice! The soy meat karage was amazing.

I had a surprise party here for my boyfriend and the staff were so nice and accommodating! As for the other review, it seems a little unfair because of course they don't speak English...it's Japan!! But the vegan marked dishes are definitely vegan! Highly recommend for a group of both meat eaters and vegans

Total Disappointment

I was looking for a vegan-friendly place to go with a friend. 3 items are marked as 'veg-friendly', but none of the staff seemed to know what vegan is and my questions about dashi in the different sauces caused big question marks. Thus unknown whether these items are fully vegan. No spoken English. My vegan sushi was put together on the same plate with my friend's non-vegan sushi. The avocado was almost completely brown and the sushi looked nothing like the pictures, but very cheap and sloppy. Add to that a very dark surrounding, far from the station and in general nothing I'd consider a 'nice atmosphere'. We were also charged for two amuse-bouches (meat) which we did not order. Definitly not recommended!

Pros: nothing really
