So many vegan options

Small, quaint restaurant. Everything made from scratch including delicious vegan cheeses and bread that can also be purchased to take home. Also serves vegan desserts.

Pros: Homemade foods with lots of vegan options.

Cons: Exterior could use refreshing

So many choices!

So many delicious vegan options, all clearly marked, with lots of veggie dishes that could be made vegan. The in-house vegan cheeses were delicious! I had the vegan poutine and my partner had the vegan chilli pie, we both shared the vegan garlic fingers too. All the food was delicious, though I would have preferred the poutine with baked fries instead of new potatoes, but the cheese and gravy were really good!

Great food - true vegan options

Deserves 5 stars!

This place was amazing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. They have vegan and vegetarian options designed with vegans and vegetarians in mind (not some altered non-veg options like other places). Highly recommend this very family friendly place. You can also get your tea leaves read, but recommend going during off hours or first thing.

Pros: Homemade jams for sale, Fresh homemade bread, Gluten free options!

Delicious!

You would never expect this rustic restaurant to have so many options for so many dietary preferences, but prepare to be amazed! Whether you're vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or a *gasp* carnivore, you'll find something here to satisfy. The Vegan French Toast with PEI Maple Syrup was delightful, the Green Tea was smooth and heart warming, and the freshly made Chocolate Vegan "Cheese Cake" was a 10/10. The staff is friendly, the decor is homey, and you'll leave wanting more.

Pros: Lots of vegan options.

Happy to recommend

We visited twice in the past week, once for lunch and once for an early dinner. Debbie and her family provided wonderful service and a great selection of vegan options. Everything is made on site and Debbie and her family were more than willing to provide information about how things are made. Also, many things on the menu that aren't listed as vegan can be adapted to be made vegan such as the Tortilla Soup, Poutine and the Veggie Sandwich by substituting with their homemade vegan cheese. They had vegan deserts as well. I really enjoyed the cherry and rhubarb cobbler. There was an obvious passion for healthy eating and eating vegetarian and vegan. The ambiance was original and whimsical. They normally close at 5pm but they were willing to seat us after they normally close so as to fit our plans for the evening. That was a first for me...anywhere. Thank-you very much for 2 wonderful dining experiences.

Pros: Wonderful Service and conversation, Great healthy food, Vegan Options are plentiful

Cons: only wish they could be open a little later
