If you're a stundent looking for vegetarian/vegan lunch go to Kipsari. Their food is tasty and usually all vegan. They also sell vegan pastries which are pretty good.

Kipsari never misses a shot. The food is delicious, almost always vegan and always vegetarian, the bread is heavenly. Student price is 2.70!!!

They always have a vegan option! Really good and tasty food. Menu changes daily and the same menu doesn't repeat so often. Olives are used quite often, so good if you like!

One of two vegetarian student restaurants in Helsinki. Cheap food and nice atmosphere, but a bit far from the city. Food is really tasty. Definately the best student restaurant in Finland.

Nutritious and tasty food with low price - Edit
I absolutely love Kipsari's food! My school is nearby, so I often eat in here. The food is very tasty, has rich taste with plenty of spices and protein-rich ingredients (legumes and/or soy). Most of the time it seems that the food is totally vegan, and there is always a vegan option available. You can also fuy vegan chocolate milk, sandwich, cookies etc. The cost is very reasonable: 2,50€ for a student (take your student card with you, since they will ask for it when you pay!). Only downside is, that the place tends to be full all the time, and sometimes you have to wait to get a table.
