The location, the great coffee, the felafel salad stack (very generous serving). Vegan smoothies.

Best coffee spot in Lennox - Edit
This has the best view in Lennox Heads, particularly for a morning coffee. The staff are incredibly friendly and it’s a popular local haunt. I had the açai bowl for breakfast which was okay - not the best- but the view made up for it. Their vegan lunch options look nice as well.
