My favorite Thai place - Edit
They have a separate vegan menu and delish food. The owner’s daughter is vegan so she knows how to prepare fully vegan safe food.

Thai restaurant with vegan options - Edit
Separate menu labeled vegan but dishes can be vegetarian so it's a good idea to confirm. Staff is definitely aware of the difference between vegetarian and vegan. Nice little place that looked to be ran by a mother and daughter.
