Part of a "normal" grocery chain that carries an abundance of vegan products. Sells different vegan meats in the produce section. The dairy section has soy, almond, cashew, oat, and coconut milk, as well as "barista" versions. Has Daiya and Kite Hill vegan cheeses, as well as some yogurt (So Delicious), and vegan whipped cream in a can, in addition to accidentally-vegan puff pastry and frozen pie shells. Open Mon-Sat 7:30am-8:00pm, Sun 8:00am-8:00pm. Opening times may change due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Not bad - Edit
They have a nice vegan section but it’s not so great as to blow one’s mind. I feel like this is typical of most large markets but maybe surprising for the area?

Surprising amount of vegan food here! - Edit
Surprising, but maybe this is normal now at chain supermarkets?? It just seems like someone at this store is paying attention.
Read moreThe vegan meats are on top of the produce fridge. That's where the tofu is as well.
There is some organic produce.
There is organic maple syrup and agave nectar. Also a Bob's Red Mill section.
They usually stock vegan ice cream and (probably accidentally) vegan pie crusts and puff pastry.
They do COVID pretty well here. The checkout line has tape on the floor and people are pretty good at maintaining social distance. The staff is friendly and wear masks. Some are nosers, but the aisles are fairly wide (for NYC) so you can keep a decent distance when you pass them. The ceiling is high (the store used to be a movie theater) so it seems like air circulates pretty well.
