Serves meat, vegan options available. Website states they have vegan options although they are not clearly labeled (sticky rice bowl appears to be vegan) so please inquire. Also vegans please ask about their kombucha. Staff is knowledgeable of what can be made vegan and is happy to accommodate. Open Tue-Thu 11:00am-8:00pm, Fri-Sun 12:00pm-8:00pm.

Hidden gem in a vegan desert.

Hidden gem in a part of the country with incredibly limited vegan options. Two vegan entrees, at least one vegan appetizer, and plenty of opportunities for substitutions. Doesn't get much better than that in western Pennsylvania tbh, outside of Apteka in Pittsburgh, which is fine dining with very limited hours. Was exactly what we needed on our drive back down to Pittsburgh from Erie. Will 100% be coming back if we're ever in the area again

Pros: Gingy bowl was fantastic, packed with flavor , Lots of opportunities for vegan substitutions, Lion's mane mushrooms.

Cons: They were out of falafel when we went :(

Arepas were very tasty, though they do contain dairy (cheese). Falafel (and possibly they lion's mane 'crab' cakes) should be vegan though. at Kettle Lake Kitchen in Meadville

My favorite lunch spot

The gingy bowl is my go-to option for lunch. Very refreshing and filling. Some nice drink options too, like elderberry soda.

Such a gem!

This spot is great! I never thought I’d be able to get vegan food while out and about in Meadville (not to mention delicious and open on a Sunday). Go support this business, I want to see it around the next time I’m in town!

Healthy vegan options

Great atmosphere and friendly people with numerous vegan options. Can substitute tofu, jackfruit, or mushrooms for meat in several dishes. A few dishes are already vegan without substitutes as well and delicious. Always freshly made. This place is the breath of fresh air that Meadville needed.

Another place in Meadville with great vegan options!!

I was thrilled to find out that Kettle Lake serves vegan options. The food is so fresh and I can tell it’s not processed. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The overall ambience is very laidback. It is harder to find this restaurant but it’s inside the Market House building in the back. If you park at the Market House’s parking meters, make sure you have a few quarters.
