Great vegan food - Edit
Really nice Indian food. I collected a takeaway but the restaurant smelled brilliant and looked a nice place to have a meal. There is a vegan menu with a good number of options. Our mains were a jackfruit based curry and a soya pieces one. Both were lovely. We had some starters which were great - soya pepper fry especially tasty as were the potato ginger balls and the vegetable pakoda. They also made a tadka dhal vegan but sadly they couldnt do vegan naan. Still, a fantastic restaurant that I cant believe I have tried before! Will go again.

Great place! - Edit
The Cheera Ullivada (spinach, onion and ajwin seed, crispy fried in gram flour batter) is a must.
Read moreAs is the vegan chaat (they can make it if you request it). Very popular but doesn’t feel crowded. The hosts are very friendly, knowing many of the customers by name and are always happy to chat. The food is good value for money with a vegan set menu for 2 people.
Pros: Lots of vegan options as well as veggie, Staff are super friendly and genuinely interested, Food is really tasty! Full marks *****

Great takeaway - Edit
Recommended by a friend we had a lovely takeaway of South Indian food. We were impressed with the separate Vegan Blend menu which had a load of unusual options for vegans and vegetarians at reasonable prices. The staff said they could ensure some of the vegetarian options could be made vegan as well which was helpful . There is a sit In restaurant as well but haven’t tried yet. We had a nice pint of unfiltered Vegan beer in the Bow Legged Beagle bar next door while we waited! #Veganuary

Onasadhya feast - Edit
Rice, dal, veg curry served alongside a myriad of sides (pappadom, chutneys, pickles, 3 types of banana, etc.), a palate cleanser and two desserts were served on a banana leaf. We were asked several times if we would like more food (we didn't - we couldn't). Magnificent.

Vegan Options - Edit
They have a vegan menu or section called Vegan Fusion. We ordered a few things and it was so tasty and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely be coming back. We ordered online which was easy and we picked up the food, we parked directly outside , they ask you to ring when you arrive so they can deliver it to you outside and they delivered it to our car. Staff member is spoke to was nice.

One of the best Indian meals we have had outside of India! - Edit
We are always searching for southern India dishes and we're pleaently surprised to find such an extensive range of vegan food. There was even the option to make some of the other dishes vegan. The food is delicious! We will definitely be back! I would give it five stars if I could!
