Marketplace in Kea'au, Big Island, for farmers and vendors selling fresh fruit and produce, bakery goods, and several small kitchens that make breakfast and lunch. Open Tue-Sat 7:00am-5:00pm.
We stopped at this market after hitting up the natural foods store across the way. Although relatively small, vendors sold a TON of produce, with some items that we had not seen at the much larger market in Hilo (different varieties of mushrooms, sprouts, limes, and cabbages). We also took away avocado spring rolls with peanut sauce from one of the kitchens that were so delicious. The market is easy access if you are driving by.
