Simple but delicious, great presentation - Edit
The veg options are pretty standard, but seem to be made with care and are delicious. Our favorite was the plain ol' avocado roll!

Best spot on island - Edit
We LOVED the sushi! We were smart enough to come here straight off the plane, its very close. We got all the vegan options, hold the mayo on the tempura. Extremely talented chef and the most kind person who took our order. This place is our highest suggestion, to and fro and maybe even then some.

Friendly and delicious! I had the sweet potato roll. They tempura batter the sweet potato and fry it in a separate fry vat then the fish!

We were coming from Costco and noticed the food truck. Lo and behold they had options. We tried the sweet potato roll & the avocado/cucumber roll with miso soup on the side. I wish I order more of the sweet potato roll. It was sooo delish!!!

Great food. Cool setting. Fantastic service. Has a clearly marked vegetarian section. We left the mayo off the sweet potato roll which made it vegan. The carrot ginger dressing has mayo so avoid that too. We were going to go to Ginko based on other reviews, but it had a long wait. Honestly happy we ended up here!

So many vegan rolls! - Edit
They had a clearly marked list of vegetarian rolls and staff was knowledgeable of how to make them vegan. Out of the vegan sushi we found on our trip, this was by far our favorite and we came back multiple times.

Delicious vegan sushi! Get the sweet potato roll - it has ube in it. There are a few other vegan options too. It’s a food truck with a great of the mountains.

Super friendly staff, we always call ahead or text them to skip the line/wait! The sweet potato rolls without the mayo is our favorite. Also the ume shiso roll and the avocado cucumber roll! Normally for the two of us it’s only around $50!

Best Vegan Sushi on Kauai - Edit
As a resident vegan one always wants more options, however the options here are always superb and I feel made with lots of love presentation is always beautiful. Ive had other sushi on island but from here is THE BEST!
