Amazing food - Edit
We had an all you can eat for around Rr40k, huge plates and all food was so good. Many mock meats included. I think you can have cheaper dishes but we just went all in! The friendly staff spoke English

Very nice veggie restaurant with a large buffet as well as a menu to select from. Comfortable atmosphere and very friendly service. It states vegan outside and everything looked and tasted vegan - maybe someone speaking Indonesian can check in detail.

Tasty vegan for cheap price in Semarang - Edit
A small restaurant where the choice is exceptional: steamed black rice, mushroom skewer, lots of vegetables. Everything is 100% vegan with incredible flavor. The owner has been vegan for over 30 years. You can go there without hesitation.

Life saver in Semerang - Edit
By far the best place in Semerang, and not only food-wise! The selection is insane, 90% vegan and the flavour is also the best! All from vegan fish to veggie stews! Plenty of mock meats and just generally something for everyone, highly recommend if you happen to pass by Semerang for whatever reason!

I ate here several times Jan/Feb 2010 and I really liked it. They have bowls of everything and you just point at what you want (which is good for me because I don't speak Indonesian and I have a hard time ordering what I like off a traditional menu). They also have brown rice, which I didn't see anywhere else. Some of the dishes have egg (I think) but they seemed to understand when I asked for no egg. There is a little market in the back with mock meats and vegan treats, and the staff are extremely friendly.
