not that great - Edit
When I went the first time I only had a dessert, which was not impressive, but because the reviews were so good I decided to try it again, for a meal and a different dessert, but I was disappointed again. I ordered a curry and it came out so quick, who knows how long ago it was prepared. It definitely didn't taste fresh at all. Also the staff were quite preoccupied with their phones the whole time.

Okay - Edit
The burger was not that good. Apart from that the Banh Mi with Ham was very good. I think it's an individual thing if you like this place. My friend loved it, i did not really.

Traditional Vietnamese dishes have to be ordered one day in advance - Edit
We couldn’t eat there because traditional dishes have to be ordered one day before. We are talking about mango salad or noodles (Cao Lau). Very disappointing and don’t know why so many good reviews. So far the worst vegan restaurant in Hoi An

All in all it’s ok - Edit
We ordered the falafel wrap, the Dahl and the crispy tofu. I loved the tofu and the Dahl, but expected a bit more from the wrap (which was still ok). Its a very simple indoor seating area, the staff is super nice and they offer vegan cooking classes, to bring veganism closer to people, which I love!

Vegan Cake! - Edit
A wide variety of vegan cuisines from western, Indian and Vietnamese food. Fully vegan and very passionate about it, they even have a notice board full of quite militant vegan posters and images etc. Slightly pricier than other vegan places. They did however have lots of homemade vegan cake options which was a welcome change after travelling for ages.

Nice brownie - Edit
I had the tofu banh mi which is expensive for a banh mi was still good. I also tried the red Velvet cupcake which wasn’t great, it definitely takes like a healthy cake. I’d get the chocolate brownie, it is a healthier version and it was decent. I’d go back and try something else. The service wasn’t amazing, when I was there it seemed like the staff and family living there were eating their lunch as well which took up half of the chairs. There aren’t many tables.

Tasty and ethical - Edit
I tried a lot of the things on the menu here, the hot dog, falafel wrap, mac and cheese and the pumpkin cupcake and everything was really tasty! I also appreciate that the restaurant contributes to charity and tries to use less plastic!

It was ok - Edit
Bit disappointed to be honest! Huge menu, was hard to choose. We ordered a burger, falafel wrap and burrito. They were all nice enough but nothing exceptional. Flavours were a bit off, especially the garlic mayo which tasted really funky. Maybe other options on the menu are tastier!

I tried the falafel wrap, vegan hotdog, sweet patato fries and the banana pancakes with ginger sauce. Everything is vegan, freshly made, sugar free and absolutely amazing! Love this place!

One of the best dishes I've had in Vietnam - Edit
It's a small restaurant that promotes veganism and feeds the poor and less fortunate on top of it. We ordered carrot with rice cracker, which was one of the best dishes I ever had in Vietnam. The flavours were out of this world. Sadly, the rest of our food (fresh spring rolls, fried tofu and mushrooms and tofu) wasn't nearly as good, but how could they be? Definitely check it out, if not for the Charity side alone

Delicious food - Edit
Very nice small vegan restaurant. Very friendly service. Everything is fresh. Since it's a small space food and service can take a while but that didn't bothered us. The food was delicious. Totally recommend this place! They have also Indian and western foods. But be nice to have a bit more sauce with the spring rolls because I was half through the meal and the sauce was empty ;-)

2 great dishes - Edit
We’ve been here before and we’re never super impressed but today we ordered turmeric rice and crispy tofu and they were excellent. The turmeric rice was like Vietnamese ‘com ga chay’ or vegan chicken and rice with the ‘chicken’ made from tofu skin. The crispy tofu was served as 3 ‘breaded chicken drumsticks’ made from tofu also. The menu description does neither of these dishes justice but trust us when we say that together they were awesome.

Great cooking class! - Edit
My husband and I have just done a cooking class at Karma Waters and it was fantastic! We were looking for a vegan cooking class that wouldn’t be too long and this one was perfect for 2 hours (all the others we found online are 6 hours long). We emailed them the day before and they gave us a menu and asked us to choose 3 dishes we would like to learn to cook. It was just my husband and I during the class with the cook and an English speaking chap explaining everything to us. $60 USD for 2 people and we got to eat all of the food so we thought it was very good value!

Good vegan place! - Edit
It’s nice to discover all vegan restaurants in Vietnam! The food is tasty but in my opinion the food tastes quite „vietnamese Style“ even though the dish is categorized as „international“. We had the Burger and the Mac and Cheese. They were good but they did not really taste „american“ if you know what I mean. The Burger had no BBQ taste and the Mac and Cheese was not really cheesy.

Best value Vegan in Hoi An - great menu - Edit
This is the best Vegan in Hoi An. Has a huge menu with good prices esp compared to most other Vegan places, and their servings are truly generous. Has the best, freshly made salads (recommend House and Carrot salads, I ask for raw beetroot with the carrot...comes with a delicious roast sesame dressing on the side) also a must, the Vegie burger (smother with the US vegan mustard )and Mushroom with Tofu (I have with noodles) and Singapore noodles are all really tasty (all 75,000VND)
Read moreNew items that are good - Pesto pasta (why no one else does this with the fantastic Vietnamese Basil is beyond me) and the Malaysian Laksa and Thai Tom Yum noodle soups are huge and pack great flavours. They make their own yum Chunky French fries. Banana pancakes with fresh Ginger syrup great way to finish. You wont be disappointed. I have been coming here for 4 years (in HA for 3 months) and its still the best.
No plastic anything and they feed poor Vietnamese patients at the local hospital every day, so our custom supports a good cause as well as helping the planet.

Tellement bon ! - Edit
