Korean food stall - Edit
Had food from the Korean stall at Kargo today. Only one vegan option on the menu. Crispy Tofu rice bowl. Really nice, lots of bits in the bowl, drizzled with a semi spicy sauce. Last time I enjoyed food from the Ethiopian stall, which was delicious, again with lots of bits on the plate to enjoy.
Read morePros: Tasty, Lots of flavours, Large portion
Cons: Not spicy enough, Only one vegan option at Korean stall, A lot of rice compared to tofu

Great Variety - Edit
Really enjoyed this place! Good variety of options, I went for the vegan gyros which was delicious and I thought fairly priced at £9.50
Read moreSeen a few reviews which say it’s expensive but I thought it was about on par with other food halls in the UK - seems to be a variety of midweek drinks deals also
Pros: Chilled vibes, Lots of options

Pricey !!! - Edit
It's a food court, so there's a variety of vegan options from different cuisines. BUT it's super expensive. I'm presuming rent is very high due to the area its in, but the prices they're charging would put me off going regularly. (I live ten minutes walk from the venue)

Good options for vegans - Edit
The place is made up of about 10 different vendors. There’s plenty of vegan options such as pho, bibimbap, burgers, fish and chips, etc
Read moreWe tried the tofu bibimbap from Bab K and it was delicious! They asked if we wanted it vegan, so perhaps isn’t vegan as standard but it was great either way.
We also went to What’s Your Beef for some loaded potato tots. They used vegan garlic mayo for us to make the dish vegan. Again it was delicious!

Great options, good vibe - Edit
Loads of options for Vegans here, we had a pumpkin curry which was amazing, some Vegan Chkn, and some Vegan Chkn bao buns which were banging, also had a vegan Gyros. You will find something vegan at almost all of the food vendors i think they only one that did not offer something was the Caribbean stall, but hopefully soon they will !
Read moreFood is pricey but defo worth going. Seating is not comfy its more like a food court vibe, but great if there are a lot of you, lots of choice for everyone to get something different and its right by The lowry, we went here before going to watch a show, walking distance its perfect.
