It’s Fine… - Edit
As noted in other reviews, their vegan ramen is not actually vegan unless you substitute their ramen noodles with the kale noodles. Then they up-charge for the change.
Read moreWe tried their danburi bowl and a couple of “vegan” ramen dishes and some fried rice. The danburi bowl was just plain unappetizing. A pile of rice, with some soy crumbles which taste just like beyond beef, broccoli, and some basic spring mix all topped with what they call a curry ranch, which tastes just like plain vegan mayo. Not good.
The ramen was pretty boring. I would suggest ordering it without the soy meat, unless you like the taste of beyond meat permeating your entire meal.
Overall, it was fine, but I don’t think we will be back.

Amazing broth! - Edit
Maybe it’s been a while since I’ve had ramen, but their vegan broth is off the hook, and I’m tempted to say the best I’ve had! They have 3 vegan ramen options and a few other options on the menu. I ate it and realized I forgot to take a pic so you’ll have to trust me. You won’t be disappointed.

I travel A LOT and try vegan ramen in every city I visit. Kami Ramen blew me away with their unique take and intention to offer three different vegan ramen choices (be sure to ask for the kale noodles as the regular noodles have egg in them), and the spicy creamy vegan ramen is uniquely flavored with horseradish that is such a brilliant choice by the chef, I haven't seen it done anywhere else. Wish I was in town for more than one day so I can try all three options.

Best Vegan Ramen in Memphis - Edit
My wife (vegetarian) and I (vegan) love the ramen here. Memphis has quite a few options for vegan ramen, but for the price, quality, and quantity you can't beat Kami. The spicy creamy vegan is our favorite. The Kami vegan harvest gets an honorable mention.
