Amazing authentic Croatian cuisine - Edit
I did a cooking class & dinner with non-vegan friends and the owners were happy to create a seperate vegan 3-course menu for me (with advanced notice). We baked bread, made stuffed eggplants, and hand rolled pasta which they then prepared with sauteed veggies for me while others ate the same pasta with stewed chicken. They even prepared a special vegan pudding dessert although by that point my belly was bursting!
