Lots of Vegan Options - Edit
I got the Baingan Bharta which was outstanding! A spicy puréed eggplant dish with peas and onion flavor, so yummy. Make sure you tell them not to add any cream. Got it with the whole wheat roti bread which is vegan.

Many choices veganizable - Edit
The most difficult is to choose as they are so many choice and the waiter took care to explain what was really vegan and what could be turned vegan. Prices were also reasonnable.
