Healthy but more of a summer food. Now with planted.chicken - Edit
While you can make many variations of nice healthy bowls, I prefer a steaming hot fatty dish when it's cold outside. The teriyaki bowl was pretty good with lukewarm quinoa as a base but not extraordinary.
