They have great vegan options. The moon milks all use plant- based milk, of which I think there were 3 options: oat, coconut, and I think almond. The salad were vegan. I had a delicious one with mango and beet. Delicious vegan baklava triangles. They have several spice and sugar cube flavors for the turkish coffee. It's all beautifully presented and delicious.
The building itself is so unique and beautiful. It gives a very cozy feeling.
The staff are all very friendly and are clear about what's vegan.
To the lady with the blue sweater who just had to express how busy they were the whole entire forty minutes I was waiting for my drink.
I think you need to take some customer service training courses because the service was absolutely terrible.
The place it self is very cute however the workers are what create the environment in my eyes.
To forget what a customer ordered, being rude when asked about the drink, and being passive made the whole experience a huge ick.
I feel like it’s very important have a professional demeanor when talking to customers and that wasn't provided here. On top of that the workers didn't seem very educated on what was or not vegan because when asked about vegan desserts they looked at me confused… anyways, I won’t be coming back here.
This place is great! I had lentil soup, two types of salad, and a pistachio phyllo triangle. The non-vegans enjoyed their orders too. They have Turkish coffee and lots of different types of teas. We enjoyed exploring all three floors of the house that it’s in. #Veganuary
