Delicious vegetarian oasis

Unassuming cafeteria serving great, clearly labeled vegetarian food. No other options within an hour in either direction. The person serving it was also vegetarian and lamented the lack of options in the area, and was happy to identify ingredients for us. We did not ask about vegan because we’re vegetarians but there were vegan foods and even condiments so I assume it is vegan friendly. We had vegetable biryani which was fantastic and tomato sauce pasta (not vegan—had cheese) also great. We also had samosas and minestrone, the latter being really stand out!

Pros: Delicious, It exists (nothing else around), Employee himself vegetarian and understood needs

Cons: Only open for lunch, Steam table - not a huge menu
