I would be there every Wednesday if I could!

If I lived closer, I would be visiting Kaffekilden every Wednesday. The vibe is pleasant, cozy and the service is friendly.

Please note that the chai powder used in this cafe (and most cafes around the Copenhagen area) is not vegan, so you can get a chai latte on soy milk, but it won't be vegan, as it contains whey powder (a milk derivative). The vegan cakes are delicious. When I've gone, I've gotten so big pieces (raspberry mousse cake! Chocolate mousse cake!) I nearly wasn't able to finish. Up there with Kaf, if only they had the vegan selection daily.
