Vegan 3-course diner option

We stayed in the mountain hut and enjoyed vegan cake in the afternoon, even though we arrived late we asked if the kitchen could make a vegan option for the 3-course diner last-minute and they assured they would figure something out. The next day the 3-course diner (pre-order vegan version) was absolutely stunning and delicious!
Breakfast buffet has a vegan spread as an option, next to gluten-free options, could be more choices but next to jams and the usual it was fine. Overall I enjoyed being welcomed as a vegan here.

Pros: Card payment, Flexibility , Friendly staff

Cons: Limited vegan choice at the huge breakfast buffet
