The food truck is in lower Biot on Tuesday and Thursday (in Fall 2017). The menu change every week and everything is home made. The burger of the week is awesome and the home made french fries too.

outside Amadeus on Mondays - Edit
I was very pleasantly surprised to see this food truck parked very near the Amadeus main entrance. The burger I tried was very good and I'm going there again today.
