The Impossible Burger is $22 and was the thinnest I've seen anywhere, and it's NOT VEGAN by default... The ancient grains salad was really skimpy for the price too. If you come hungry, be prepared to spend $40 per person. You must request things as vegan, the Impossible Burger has real cheese on it... 🤦

Just had lunch here when visiting Palm Springs recently. Really enjoyed the outdoor seating. Several good options for vegans and they were tasty. Would go again for sure. :)
