Tried the speculoostaart, the chocolate mousse taart (both the normal and gluten free option) and the oreomoussetaart, and our family all loved them incredibly! These may be the best vegan cakes in Gent... for vegans as well as non-vegans.

One day, we had 2 mother's day boxes with cheesecake, speculooscake, chocolate mousse and cakesicles, and it all was delicious.

Love the baked cheesecake - Edit
Roxanne from Junglicious makes some really good vegan desserts. Her first classic was the Biscoff (or speculoos) mousse pie, which is really light & fluffy. But recently, I think her baked vegan cheesecake might have taken over as our new favourite: so good! You can find her desserts in Ghent among others at Ludo, Knol&Kool, or nationally at Izy Coffee. Must try!

Ik bestelde de bresilienne, chocomouse & kers met vanille taart bij Roxanne en deze waren alle drie fantastisch! Mijn non-vegan familie was lovend over alle taarten en wisten niet met welke eerst te beginnen omdat ze er alle drie even overheerlijk uitzagen. Ik kan niet wachten om de andere taartjes van Roxanne te proberen!

I’ve been buying desserts for every occassion from Roxanne for over a year now. And I’m such a fan! They’re soooo tasty: even all the non-vegan people I know keep telling how much they liked her desserts.

I ordered a speculas-mousse dessert. It was very delicious! The dessert jar consisted of different dessert layers. Both hard and soft layers with different tastes. This is a real recommandation!
