Food was nice but staff were not - Edit
If you’re looking for a quick and healthy grab and go meal, this place is for you. But, if you’re looking to sit down (especially to study or read the paper by yourself), don’t come here. I came to this place after my first exam last year to get some lunch, and also to study for my exam which was in the next few days. I had quite obviously set up my books and pencil case on a table before I ordered.
Read moreThe lady who served me was nice enough to begin with, but the longer I stayed, the more glares I got from her. But, no words. I only stayed for about an hour. After finishing my lunch and studying for about 40 mins, I went up to the counter to buy one of their brownies. This is when the lady finally snapped.
“Ummmmm, yeah you can have a brownie but you’re going to have to leave now because this place isn’t for studying, we’re a small business and you’re taking up space for customers”
I’m pretty sure I was a customer? Anyway, the lady was so rude to me I got my brownie to take away and packed up my stuff as fast as I could whilst crying. I tried to keep it together until I reached the first public toilets, where I burst into tears.
If it was that big of a problem to her then surely she could have said something before??
The brownie was really good though hahahahah
Pros: Yummy food
Cons: [censored] staff

has reopened :) - Edit
was closed for a little while but has reopened. nice too go for serve yourself kind of thing - choose which yogurt / soft serve (they do have some vegan), and choose your own topping. the final result is sold by weight. be careful because you can sendup putting together a very expensive (but delicious) treat.

Pros: usually a few vegan options, serve yourself soft serve ice and toppings
Cons: expensive, some of the nice flavours disappeared, can become expensive as sold by weight
