Hardly any vegan options - Edit
The server told me that there's no rotating vegan menu and that Happy Cow is wrong. Perhaps they have discontinued their vegan menu.

Vegan Benedict’s!! Yum! - Edit
My favorite beachside restaurant finally added vegan options!! The beanie Benedict is delicious! English muffins topped with oatmeal sausage, grilled tomato, spinach, vegan egg, smothered in vegan hollandaise with a baked bean sauce drizzle. Also, the sea smoked chickpea dip platter is amazing!
