Joe Sippers has recently expanded their vegan options. I hope for yet more to come. The meals are delicious. I recommend the vegan thai pita. You can also veganize other meals. Everything is made to order. Delicious black bean salsa on side. Cozy and stylish atmosphere. Good but probably non vegan desserts. Good coffee and lattes with plant milk options. #Veganuary

We got the vegan Thai peanut wrap and it was quite good. Also we got the pesto melt, without the cheese and added tofu and it was really good as well.

A great find off of Hwy 70 - Edit
This is a great find. We had a vegan Thai wrap and a herbavorian and replaced the cheddar with hummus. Both were delicious! Our grandson loves grilled cheese and ate the whole kids meal.
