Walking into this restaurant felt like a 90s chain (like Ruby Tuesday or Chili’s). I’m not necessarily knocking that; it’s just the best way to describe it. The food was fine—the Singapore noodles were wet and spicy, not a dry curry like they should be. And the chow fun had flat rice noodles that were wide enough to be lasagna sheets, so they stuck to the bowl and were difficult to eat. The silver lining is that the tofu is really really well prepared! Not a terrible experience, but it certainly didn’t leave me wanting to return.
We come here whenever we’re in Santa Fe. I love it mainly just for the Mushu. Get it with tofu and ask for no egg. It’s so heavenly I think about it all the time, you won’t regret it. The imperial lettuce wraps are great too you can ask for them to be made vegan with tofu. Love that they use organic tofu too.
Chow Fun is my favorite!! Super good! I add broccoli and spinach to mine. You can make most meals vegan by adding tofu instead of meat, and asking for rice noodles. The menu is very clear on what has fish sauces and what can be made vegan.

Chow Fun noodles - Edit
The chow fun noodles are delicious. Jinja has a great selection of cocktails as well.

Very nice - Edit
Very cute / romantic inside. Many items on the menu labeled vegetarian but can be requested vegan. Very fresh vegetables, and fresh tasting spices.

Great food and service - Edit
Their Chow Fun was AMAZING! Prepared vegetarian with tofu, and it's an aged soy sauce they use (we were told) which made the dish VERY flavorful.
