We took a cruise that docked in Ketchikan and saw this place offered vegan donuts. After our excursion we went and they said they didn't have any vegan donuts ready right now but in the same breath offered to make us some fresh ones if we had time to come back in a couple of hours. We ordered 6 and they let us pick two toppings from their list of about a 10 options. We got pistachio and maple and both were excellent yeast donuts.
We came back a couple of hours later and they were just finishing up the ones we had ordered.
They weren't cheap but I was expecting them to cost more considering it was a tourist area in Alaska, about what you would expect to pay at any place that does 'fun flavors' or vegan donuts.
We also got a frozen blended coffee drink and they had almond & oat milk available for that.
They also sell dumplings that we did not get. There were a couple of options that at the very least were vegetarian but we didn't ask if they were vegan.
If you're going on a cruise I'd recommend getting a bunch and wrapping them in a plastic bag. We rationed ours and had a couple for dessert each night and by the third night they were still absolutely fine.
