Vegetarian in downtown Long Beach

This place serves poultry and meat but does a great job on vegetarian. It's kind of Vietnamese. Try the vegetable soup, available daily and delicious. The bahn mi sandwich can be made with tofu and it is wonderful. Not always on the menu but you can usually get it if you ask is the cabbage salad with tofu. Mmm, mmm. Very friendly and reasonable too. Credit cards accepted.
