Surprisingly satisfying - Edit
TBH, I was expecting a chipotle situation, but this place far exceeds chipotle in sooo many ways. The food was fresh and not oily. The folks working there were phenomenal, I asked for a vegan option and they got working right away with recommendations. The coffee is worth mentioning too. Nothing here was an afterthought.

Beyond Meat Bowls! - Edit
A little bit of everything in a vibey space. Our oat milk lattes were excellent as were our Beyond Meat burrito bowls.

Solid place for coffee and breakfast/lunch. - Edit
I was surprised just how much I liked this place. The combination at first is a bit off-putting sounding, but after trying it I can say their coffee and burritos are both top tier. Decent quick meal - Edit
Their coffee bar has every non-dairy option under the sun and the bakery case always has a few vegan Auspicious pastries. The burrito side is like a fresher Chipotle.
